Sakr for International Investment

Started working with one guy and three employees, with a vision to offer high quality, competitively priced food to local and international customers.

1989

Started our partnership with NZMP

to become the sole agents of bulk butter in Egypt, leveraging the New Zealand flavor, quality and integrity.

1997

Al Sakr for Food Products was established in 1997

the company started with our first processed cheese factory using ingredients from the finest New Zealand dairy; to ensure providing the best dairy offerings to millions of families every day.

1998

Al Sakr For Food Industries was created

launching a new era of industrial development producing beverages to millions of consumers across the globe.

1999 / 2000

The processed cheese factory was expanded introducing our first ever processed cheddar production line

2002

Our Twist brand came to life

2008

Offering our delicious juice flavors in glass bottles.

2009

Launching a fruit concentrate factory

2010

We invested in a new butter facility to develop our capabilities

to produce healthier and functional butter products to satisfy our customer needs; we had established a new plant for processing edible oils and fats. This plant is capable of producing all types of fatty-oils, it produces natural, blended, shortening and margarine.
