This factory was established in 2008 and started production in 2010. It uses Swiss made “EGLI Brand” machinery which is incredibly advanced and fully automated to run at a high capacity production level and produce high quality of Butter and Ghee products.

Production and Safety
Sakr Group butter plant is highly equipped with CIP system “Cleaning in Place” to automatically clean and sanitize the plant. We use UHT processing (Ultra High Temperature) to ensure that all our products are sanitized and rise up to the ISO and FDA standards.
